Should TRON Energy go to the sender or receiver address?
Energy should go to the wallet address that sends USDT, signs the transaction, and pays the network cost. In most cases that is the sender address, not the final receiver or an exchange deposit address.
Can I rent Energy after a USDT transfer has already started?
